Powered by an Intel XScale 416MHz processor and Windows Mobile 5.0, it features (aside from the quad-band GSM and GPRS) 128MB Flash ROM and 64MB SDRAM, a 2.8-inch QVGA display, a 2MP camera with flash capable of taking a business card picture and converting it to an Outlook contact, a MySecret secure file storage area, Skype, 802.11b Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 1.1, a mini SD card slot, voice recognition and more.

As expected, the P525 weighs in at a fairly light 160 grams (and measures 116.8 x 59 x 19 mm).
