BenQ P51 unveiled at CEBIT

Remember the BenQ P50 which generated so much buzz a while back? Well, it now has a successor: The P51. Unlike the P50, the P51 will use Windows Mobile 5.0. It will also come with a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, 801.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, VoIP, integrated GPS receiver and QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3MP camera and an SDIO slot. It also comes with a music player that supports MP3, AAC and AAC+ and 3D surround sound.

The P51 is expected in July 2006. Pricing information has not been announced yet.

BenQ also launched another five phones under its BenQ-Siemens brand, part of the BenQ Mobile business division.
