It did not take long after we found out about Fujitsu-Siemens’ upcoming T800 for a spec sheet to get leaked to the web. Two models, the T810 and T830 are planned. Powered by the Intel PXA270 416 MHz processor, both models will boast 64MB RAM and 128MB Flash ROM, tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) as well as UMTS 2100MHz, integrated SirfStar III GPS receiver and 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, QWERTY keyboard with d-pad and jog dial, a 2.4-inch 240 x 240 screen, an SDIO/SD/MMC slot, Windows Mobile 5.0 and more. The T830 will also come with a 2-megapixel auto-focus camera and VGA camera (640×480) for video telephony.
Weighing 190 grams, the T800 series will measure 126 x 64 x 21 mm.
