HP has issued a customer advisory about an issue where the iPAQ h2200, hx2000 and hx4700 do not recognize the naming conventions used for storage cards when it comes to saving Inbox items to them. Instead, items get saved to the HP File Store. The issue is due to a Microsoft Inbox limitation that only recognizes “Storage Card” as a valid storage location.
An HP Softpaq fix will enable you to change SD and CF card folder names to “storage card” folder names. It is already available for the hx4700 (english only) and versions for other languages and models are on their way.
