Cisco and Apple still looking for resolution over iPhone trademark

The saga continues…

Cisco confirmed that it is still trying to reach a settlement with Apple over the use of the iPhone trademark. Apple has been given another extension, this time to next week, to respond to the lawsuit. In the meantime, the two companies are still talking.

Cisco is apparently ready to let Apple use the iPhone name as long as it and the Cisco VOiP iPhones can communicate with each other.
