HTC plans for 2008

HTC has begun to shed some light on its plans for 2008, according to DigiTimes (via the Chinese-language Commercial Times). Aside from a plan to grow its revenues by 20 percent, HTC CEO Peter Chou also revealed that HTC is planning to release 2 or 3 Android-based mobile phones. It is also planning to launch a non-Qualcomm 3G mobile phone and WiMAX/TD-WCDMA mobile devices could be released by the end of 2008.

On the software side, HTC is also planning a successor to its TouchFLO user interface, promising significant improvements over the current version.
