More details are coming about the upcoming HP iPAQ lineup. An unconfirmed source has sent the::unwired some new information about the 600 series. As first announced, the 600 series will be made up of 3G smartphones with GPS and integrated keyboards.
The new information suggests that the 600 series will be a candybar form factor with a 12 key numeric keyboard and touch sensitive navigation wheel rather than a QWERTY keyboard. It will also come with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA, a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, Assisted GPS (AGPS), 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a 3MP camera, and a microSD slot. The 600 series will use a 520MHz Marvell PXA270 processor and Windows Mobile 6 Professional.
Furthermore, it appears that the 900 series will have the same features except that it will add a QWERTY keyboard.
