Nokia will soon release a new version of the Internet Tablet OS 2007. According to Ari Jaaksi, head of Nokia’s open source operation, it will come with improved Flash and video performance, better power management and bug fixes.
Nokia is also planning a second release later this year. It will come with an updated browser (including better WEB 2.0 support), improved multimedia support, improved package management to improve software upgrades and additional third party software such Real Rhapsody.
Specific dates were not revealed.
