Remember that big event that OQO was going to hold on December 3rd? The OQO Anytime / Anywhere event took place last night in London and OQO unveiled a new Model E2 (the European version of the 02) with 3.5G connectivity. The inclusion of single-band HSDPA/UMTS will add €250 to the price of the E2.
The new 3.5G-capable E2 is expected to have the same specifications as current E2 models.
OQO has not posted a press release yet so details are still sketchy. We’ll have to see if it sheds more light when it is released.
