Sony confirmed during its pre-CES press conference that it has shipped more than one million PS3 consoles. Sony also expects to meet its target of shipping six million units worlwide before the end of March 2007.
Aside from that news, there was surprisingly little new information. Sony did reveal that you will soon be able to view the contents of your PS3 using your PSP sometime “soon” and that users will be able to share user-generated content sometime this year.
The PS3 portion of the conference also featured a demo of some upcoming games.
