So far, we know that HTC plans to offer Windows Mobile upgrades for three of its devices, namely the HTC X7500 Advantage, HTC P4350 and HTC S620. A new upgrade strategy statement posted on the HTC Europe web site reveals that two additional devices will now get the upgrade. Both the HTC TyTN and the P3300 have been added to the list.
The upgrades will be free and will be available via download from the HTC web site starting sometime in June. Carriers will also have the option of offering the upgrades should they decide to do so.
If your HTC device is not part of the list, make sure that you ask your carrier. HTC is also open to offering additional upgrades if there is sufficient demand.
