HTC improves performance of TouchFLO 3D in time for European release

HTC Touch Diamond

Arne Hess over at the::unwired reports that HTC has made improvements to the performance of the TouchFLO 3D interface for the HTC Touch Diamond (and forthcoming HTC Touch Pro). A number of reviews of the HTC Touch Diamond had commented that the interface sometimes felt sluggish and slow to respond to user input.

HTC heard the feedback and got to work. They have now confirmed that they have improved the performance of the TouchFLO 3D interface, making it speedier, snappier and more responsive. Best of all, the improved firmware is already running on the HTC Touch Diamonds starting to show up in Europe.

Arne got to play with an O2 Xda diamond (O2’s version of the Touch Diamond) and confirms the HTC TouchFLO 3D performance improvements.
