U.S.-base online retailer Newegg has opened shop here in Canada. The new site, www.newegg.ca, promises to transform the online shopping experience for Canadians.
Like its U.S. sibling, Newegg.ca will offer thousands of products, including computer hardware, desktops and laptops (including Apple products), software, home appliances and more, from manufacturers such as AMD, Intel, Microsoft, Asus, NVIDIA, Western Digital and more. When I looked this morning though, it does not offer mobile phones as it does in the U.S. Perhaps in the near future.
Newegg was founded in 2001 and now has more than 10 million registered users. It operates in the U.S., China and now Canada.
