According to MobileSyrup.com, TELUS will offer the BlackBerry Storm for CAD$249.99 with a three-year contract when it launches it. The holiday promotion will run until December 25, 2008. It will sell for CAD$599.99 without a contract. These prices are lower than what recent rumours had prepared us for.
Customers in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Quebec will need to sign up for voice, e-mail, and data plans totaling CAD$45 per month or more while Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island will only need to have plans totaling CAD$40 per month.
There is still no official release date but one is expected very soon now.
