BlackBerry Storm

Leaked Verizon documents have revealed many details about the upcoming BlackBerry Storm. The document highlights what Verizon calls “Wow factors”.

The BlackBerry Storm will, as reported earlier, support both CDMA and GSM. It will come with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, single-band UMTS/HSPA and EV-DO Rev.A connectivity. It will also come with a 3.25-inch 480 by 360 touchscreen display (with tactile feedback and autorotation), a full QWERTY thumb keyboard in landscape mode and SureType keyboard in portrait mode, 1GB onboard memory and 128MB flash memory, built-in AGPS, a 3.2MP camera with auto-focus and flash, and an SDHC microSD card slot (8GB card included).

On the software side, it will come with Blackberry Device Software 4.7, OTA software loading, an HTML browser, Blackberry Media Sync (non-DRM iTunes media sync), built-in support for online applications like Facebook, Flikr and IM software, and access to a host of Verizon services. Visual Voicemail will also be available but only sometime after the launch.

There is still no word on availability and pricing.
