The HTC Cedar was first revealed on a leaked 2009 HTC product roadmap that surfaced a few weeks ago. It is now one step closer to being released now that it has received certification from the Bluetooth SIG.
The Bluetooth SIG web site reveals the existence of a few models: the CEDA100, CEDA200 and S511 (likely for different regions). Details are slim but the certification reveals that the Cedar will come with Bluetooth 2.0+EDR (and A2DP).
There is no word yet on availability and pricing but with MWC just around the corner, we may have news very shortly.
