In an interview with The Globe and Mail, Palm CEO Ed Colligan indicated that there was a good chance that we would see the Palm Pre here in Canada. Colligan said,
“We certainly want to bring the product to Canada.”
While no timeline was provided, Colligan also confirmed that discussions with carriers are already underway. Given that both UMTS and CDMA versions will be available, we could see more than one carrier offer the Palm Pre.
