The Boy Genius Report sources are reporting that Alltel is set to launch the Palm Treo Pro on Thursday, March 5th. If so, this would make Alltel the first U.S. carrier to offer the Treo Pro. To date, it has only been available as an unlocked device.
The same sources reveal that Alltel will offer the Palm Treo Pro for US$199 with a two-year service contract.
Sprint is also expected to offer the Palm Treo Pro. The release date has slipped a couple of times and is now reportedly set for March 15th.
