Microsoft accidentally revealed the existence of Windows Mobile 6.5.3 a couple of weeks ago. It was no surprise to then see a number of Windows Phones on display running this latest version during CES 2010.
Among the devices running Windows Mobile 6.5.3 were the Toshiba TG01 (already upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.5), the Pharos Traveler 137 and the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2.
While this does not confirm that all these (and hopefully others) will get the upgrade, it is definitely a good sign.
It’s not clear when Microsoft will announce Windows Mobile 6.5.3. Could it wait until MWC in February to do so?
