Mobilicity today announced plans to launch the HTC Panache on May 18th. Despite the fact that Mobilicity’s network is HSPA only, the press release describes the HTC Panache as “capable of operating at 4G speeds of up to 21mps [sic].”

As expected, Mobilicity will offer the HTC Panache for CA$499.99 without any contract.
