The DROID RAZR appears set to be joined by a cousin sporting a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, the DROID 4. Droid-Life has obtained a number of pictures and specifications of the upcoming device.
Rumoured DROID 4 specifications:

- Display: 4-inch (possibly Super AMOLED Advanced)
- Input: Slide-out 5-row “illuminated” (backlit?) keyboard
- Rear-facing camera: Possibly 8MP with 1080p video capture

- Connectors: HDMI-out
- Battery: Non-removable
- Other: MotoACTV syncing
