The Dell Adamo may be history but Dell looks set to offer an ultra-thin laptop to take on competitors such as Apple and Samsung. The unnamed laptop will come with a 15.6-inch high-resolution display and promises to be the thinnest in this class of laptops, according to CNET sources (suggesting it may not be as thin as the MacBook Air and the Sasmung Series 9 offerings).
Prices should start just under US$1,000 with processor options to include both Intel “Sandy Bridge” Core i5 and Core i7 processors.
Dell is expected to offially announce its ultra-thin laptop later this month.
