Pictures of the upcoming Sony Xperia ‘Tapioca’ (model: ST21i) have surfaced online. Its design shares more in common with the Xperia sola than with the Xperia S. It’s not clear if it will also sport the same floating touch technology as the Xperia sola.
The specifications that accompany the pictures meet earlier ones except for a bump to Android 4.0:
