Google has cancelled its October 29th Android event over concerns about Hurricane Sandy:
We are canceling our Monday morning event in New York due to Hurricane Sandy. We will let you know our plans as soon as we know more.

A number of new Nexus devices, including the LG Nexus 4 and Google Nexus 10 tablet, were expected to be unveiled along with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
This is the second year in a row that Google has had to postpone this event. Last year, it did so as a sign of respect in response to Steve Jobs’ death.
