LG F240: Yet another 1080p smartphone?

LG is the latest manufacturer that appears to be getting ready to launch a 1080p display smartphone in early 2013. The LG F240K has been spotted on the GLBenchmark website sporting some increasingly familiar future flagship device specifications.

The LG F240K (a Korean version of the LG F240?) could be very similar to the Verizon DROID DNA [product information] and HTC J Butterfly in two key specifications: A 1920×1080 HD display and a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro with Adreno 320 GPU. It is powered by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean at this point. That could well be updated to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean by the time it is announced.

GL Benchmarks for rumoured LG F240K

There is no word on when it could be unveiled but with CES and MWC not so far away, it is likely that we could know far more about the LG F240K in the near future.
