The Canadian launch of the Samsung Galaxy S III is now just over a week and a half away (June 20th). A number of carriers have begun to take pre-orders while others offer pre-registration. Here is a list of who is offering what:

- Virgin Mobile Canada: Pre-orders starting at CA$159.99
- WIND Mobile: Pre-registration only
The Canadian models of the Samsung Galaxy S III will come with a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 rather than the quad-core 1.4GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos found in the international version. But it will come with 2GB RAM, twice the amount of the international version.
