Apple today released iOS 7.0.4. It includes a number of bug fixes and improvements, including one to fix a FaceTime issue where calls failed for some users.
iOS 7.0.4 is available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. It weighs in between 18.4MB and 37.6MB depending on the device. It can be downloaded over the air via Settings > General > Software Update.
