As reported earlier, Google Canada began offering the new Nexus 7 tablet on the Google Play store. Both the 16GB and 32GB versions are available and in stock with shipping within one to two business days.

The 16GB model sells for CA$229.00 and the 32GB one for CA$269.00. Google is offering free ground shipping for a limited time.
A Nexus 7 Sleeve in black and gray is also available. Made of form fitting neoprene, it is both padded and lined with microfiber fur for added protection. It also come with an asymmetrical zipper and an outer pocket for accessories. It is compatible with both generations of the Nexus 7.
