Samsung Galaxy Note III ‘About’ screen and benchmarks leaked

Rumoured Samsung Galaxy Note III 'About' screen

At this point, there is little that is not known about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note III – Unless Samsung has really managed to pull the wool over our eyes. But details are still trickling in. Case in point is an ‘About’ screenshot and some AnTuTu benchmark numbers courtesy of @evleaks.

Based on this information, @evleaks reports that the Samsung Galaxy Note III, in this case the SM-N9005, will come with a 2.3GHz quad-core processor (likely a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800), a Full HD (1080×1920) display and 2.5GB of RAM. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is also confirmed via the screenshot.

A second tweet adds that the Galaxy Note III’s stylus will be “functionally” the same as that on its predecessors. We can still expect some new applications and features that will enhance what was offered on the previous models though.

We could still see a Galaxy Note III variant powered by the Samsung Exynos processor as past rumours have suggested. It could well be that this version will be for the non-LTE version though.

All should be revealed in less than 48 hours now.
