First LG G3 press renders reveal it in white, black and gold

Rumoured LG G3If all the leaks and rumours we’ve seen over the recent weeks turn out to be accurate, the LG G3 promises to be quite the flagship smartphone. Giving further credence to recently leaked images, PhoneArena has obtained new LG G3 press renders that show the device in all its glory in white, black and gold.

There are no new details to go with the images. While some earlier images seemed to suggest that LG might go with a metal back, it now appears that it will instead be plastic of polycarbonate with a brushed metal finish. One of the images also confirms that the LG G3 will sport a dual-LED flash on the back and that the back buttons have been given a flatter look. What is on the opposite of the rear camera’s flash remains a topic of debate. A few options have been proposed, including  a fingerprint sensor, heart rate monitor, an IR blaster and even a low-power laser to improve auto-focusing.

The images do little to confirm or contradict earlier details, including that the LG G3 will come with a 5.5-inch WQHD (2560×1440) and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. Earlier rumours have hinted at two configurations: One with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and another with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.
