For a device that may never launch, the Nokia Normandy continues to be a hot rumour topic. Following reports that it could be unveiled as the Nokia X as early as MWC 2014, it has reportedly made a brief appearance on the website of Vietnamese online retailer The Gioididong.com.

These specifications line up quite well with previous rumours. The site also claims that the Nokia Normandy will have access to Google Play, Google Now and YouTube. Past rumours suggested that the Nokia Normandy would run a forked version of Android with its own app store and other apps. Could Nokia have opted instead for a skinned version of Android with Google Mobile Services?
