Mobilicity may still be seemingly unable to find a buyer and operating under creditor protection but it does not appear to have given up the fight quite yet. The struggling carrier this week announced new Data and Voice Canada Roaming plans that can be used for those times when you’re outside of Mobilicity’s coverage.

The new roaming add-on plans essentially update its older offerings by adding more at lower prices. The new tiers are:
- CA$5.00 – 100MB of data and no Voice Minutes
- CA$10.00 – 200MB of data and 50 Voice Minutes
- CA$20.00 – 500MB of data and 100 Voice Minutes
With Mobilicity operating only in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver, the roaming plans will allow you to use your phone outside of Mobilicity’s coverage. Roaming uses the Rogers Wireless network.
