Moto Maker for Moto 360 now available

MotoMaker for Moto360Motorola earlier this month confirmed plans to allow you to configure your Moto 360 through Moto Maker. That day is upon us – as long as you live in a country that already supports the customization program.

As expected, Moto Maker will give you a choice of three watch casings: dark metal, light metal or champagne gold. You will also have a choice of nine bands, including leather, metal, and a mono-link design, “a modern take on the classic metal band style.” The metal bands will be available in either 23mm or 18mm widths. To complete your very own Moto 360, you’ll have a choice of 11 watch faces to greet you the first time you turn your watch on.

Motorola also reminds you that you can easily swap watch faces once you have your watch. New ones are available both directly from Motorola and Google Play. You can also make your own if you feel like it.

The Moto 360 starts at US$249.99 on Moto Maker for Moto 360, the same price as the base configuration available in other channels such as the new online Google Store. The Champagne Gold Finish adds on US$30 while the metal bands add an extra US$50 to the final price.
