While the Android Wear 5.1.1 update is now rolling out to a number of smartwatches, Moto 360 owners have not been quite as lucky and most if not all are still waiting to see it land on their smartwatches. Motorola has now acknowledged that it is working through some issues with the update. As it stands, “performance is not quite there” under the latest version of Android Wear.

The company is now working with Google to address the issues it has run into. It did not provide specifics as to what these may be nor did it provide any sense of how long it will take to fix these.
We’ll let you know as soon as Motorola resolves the Android Wear 5.1.1 performance issues on the Moto 360 and begins pushing out the update.
