Titan announces “Engineered by HP” Titan Juxt smartwatch

Titan JuxtHewlett-Packard last November announced that Titan, an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches and other fashion goods, had joined its “Engineered by HP” program. Titan today unveiled its first smartwatch to benefit from this new partnership. The Titan Juxt is billed as the first smartwatch to be built in India.

Much as we have seen from the MB Chronowing and Movado BOLD Motion smartwatches, the Titan Juxt is a “smarter watch,” an analog round display watch that incorporates a number of smartwatch features. Along with basic fitness tracking, a small OLED display provides a range of notifications and alerts when paired with a smartphone via Bluetooth.

Similar designs are already on the market courtesy of Martian, Guess and a few other watchmakers.

The Titan Juxt will be compatible with both Android and iOS. Like other smartwatches, it will also come with a companion smartphone app.

Three models are now available. Buyers will have a choice of stainless steel, plated rose gold or plated titanium cases.
