E-TEN has announced its first Pocket PC Phone with integrated GPS (using the SiRF Star III chipset), the G-500. It sports a Samsung S3C2440 400MHz processor, 64MB RAM and 128MB Flash ROM, uad-band GSM/GPRS support, Bluetooth 1.2, a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, 1.3MP camera with 4x digital zoom and video recording and a miniSD slot. It uses the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system.
The G-500 comes fairly well-loaded but does not come with Wi-Fi or EDGE/UTMS support.
The G-500 measures 119 x 62 x 23mm.
