We have already featured a number of Apple Watch concepts on Concept Sunday. With pre-orders now shipping, designers and concept artists have begun to wonder what Apple has planned for a follow-up. Could a round display be in the cards? Hassan Muhammad Tahir, better known as Hass.T believes so. Could it look like his Apple Watch 2 concept?
The New Apple Watch not only sports a round display but also rounded sides and even the round Home button found on the iPad and iPhone. Assuming a standard 22mm bracelet, the watch appears quite large, certainly larger than the current 42mm Apple Watch model, and quite slim. At such a size, it would likely have a quite a few detractors but a smaller model offered alongside (as Apple does now) would address those kinds of complaints. Hass.T is already working on a design with a smaller watch face.
While the images only show the smartwatch in stainless steel with a link bracelet, Hass.T envisions that Apple will offer a range of straps.
The user interface retains the design that Apple introduced with the Apple Watch.
Hass.T is already at work on a new concept called the Vision Pro Watch 3. At least four models offering different colours, material finishes and straps are in the works.
