HTC Puccini tablet to begin production in June?

HTC

Digitimes sources are reporting that production of the HTC Puccini tablet will begin in June as the company has nearly completed testing of the upcoming device. A release later this summer appears increasingly likely.

The report also reveals a few details about the HTC Puccini’s specifications, confirming earlier leaks. It will be powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8660 processor and Android 3.0.1. Its 10.1-inch display will support both resistive and capacitive touch input, much like the HTC Flyer also does with HTC’s Scribe technology and Scribe stylus.

This latest report makes no mention of connectivity options for the HTC Puccini. An earlier report suggested that it might come with LTE support.
