Up To 4 More BlackBerry Models Still Coming This Year

BlackBerry will reportedly launch another 3 or 4 new models by the end of the year. Citing unnamed sources in BlackBerry’s supply chain, Digitimes reports that BlackBerry shipment volumes are still rising and BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Q10 shipments have consistently remained above a million units a month recently.

Among the new devices will be the already announced entry-level BlackBerry Q5. Another is likely to be the oft-rumoured BlackBerry A10 Aristo. That still leaves one or two devices. One could be another entry-level model given that the report indicates that Wistron has landed orders for two entry-level devices. As for the last device, could BlackBerry resurrect the keyboard slider with the rumoured M-Series?

Back in January, BlackBerry CMO Frank Boulben revealed in an interview that the company was looking to launch at least six devices in 2013. These latest rumours certainly suggest that BlackBerry is still on track with these plans.
