NVIDIA SHIELD goes on sale in Canada and the U.S.

NVIDIA SHIELDAs promised, the NVIDIA SHIELD finally went on sale today after manufacturing issues delayed its launch by about a month. It has also begun to ship to customers who had pre-ordered it.

The Android-powered portable gaming console can play Android games from Nvidia’s TegraZone and Google Play as well as PC games streamed from Steam. It is also one of the first devices to ship with NVIDIA’s new Tegra 4 processor.
