Samsung unveiled its thinnest and lightest tablets so far last night. Perhaps more impressive than how thin they are is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S‘ WQXGA (2560×1600) Super AMOLED display making it Samsung claims the “perfect device to enjoy contents.” Samsung today released the first video highlighting this new tablet, focusing on the display but also touching upon other features it comes with, the bundled Galaxy Gifts and its accessories.

Available in both 8.4-inch and 10.5-inch configurations, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S is set to launch in a number of markets in July. It appears that Canada will be among the first as retailers are showing shipment dates of June 27 for pre-orders.
