Samsung smartphone roadmap for rest of 2014 revealed?

SamsungSamsung has had a busy early 2014 but the company is only getting started. The usually reliable @evleaks has pulled together a list of the “remaining Samsung Mobile models” we can expect to be announced in the coming weeks and months. This could well be the Samsung smartphone roadmap for the next quarter or so.

At the top of the list is the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime with model SM-G901 heading to Europe in Blue, Black, White and Gold. There is no mention of other models for other regions such as the SM-G906x for Korea.

Here are the other devices coming along with carrier and regional variants:

  • Samsung Galaxy Mega 2: SM-G750A (AT&T), SM-G750F, SM-G750H, SM-G7506V (China Unicom), SM-G7507 (Taiwan), SM-G7508Q (China), SM-G7508V (China Mobile), SM-G7509W (China Telecom). Coming in brown, black and white
  • Galaxy S5 Active/Sport: SM-G860P (Sprint with blue and black models), SM-G870A (AT&T), SM-G870W (Bell Canada) and SM-G870A: Coming in dark green, greenish blue, ruby red, titanium silver
  • New Gear wearable: SM-R382. Coming in black

The list is obviously not complete. A key omission is the Galaxy Note 4 which Samsung is expected to unveil at IFA 2014 in September perhaps alongside Gear Glass smartglasses. Another possible omission is the Samsung Gear 2 Solo which has been spotted recently as the SM-R710.

Look for the list to grow over the coming weeks.
